Band saw for cutting meat V2-FR-2P

Band saw V2-FR-2P is designed for cutting cuts of meat; it allows you to saw frozen and fresh meat, bones and meat on bones.

Features:

• High productivity: when cutting cuts into portions weighing 0.5 kg, productivity is 550 kg/hour.
• The distance between the work table and the saw casing (vertical clearance) is 350 mm.
• The distance between the saw blade and the bed stand (horizontal clearance) is 480 mm.

These indicators together make it possible to saw fairly large cuts and even carcasses with a diameter of up to 350 mm.

LLC PTP "Stankostroitel" has been producing V2-FR-2P since 1991. Since the launch of the product, the design of the saw has been constantly improved. The design of the braking device has been changed, which makes it possible to more smoothly stop the movement of the saw blade after turning off the saw. The saw blade guard has been improved. Rollers made of plastic material are installed on the movable table carriage instead of steel ones. This made the table move smoother.

Since November 2010, email has been used. an engine with a large shaft diameter on which the drive pulley for driving the saw blade is installed. This completely eliminates shaft breakage, even with unexpected jerks when sawing bones.

Over the entire period of production of the V2-FR-2P band saw, complaints were extremely rare, and in recent years they have been practically absent. Years of operation of our saws at meat processing plants in Russia, including such large ones as the Cherkizovsky meat processing plant in Moscow, are confirmation of high quality and reliability.

During long-term use, some parts may wear out. At the first request of consumers, we are ready to send spare parts as soon as possible.
