Spiral dough mixer HS-50A Foodatlas Eco 380B is designed for kneading (producing) yeast dough. Equipped with auxiliary elements to obtain the required volume of dough (portion) of uniform consistency. This dough mixer has a 12-month warranty.
The dough mixer is specialized for commercial use in catering establishments, restaurants, supermarkets, and production of semi-finished flour and meat products. Not used in residential areas.

- Spiral type mixing body. Additionally, a divider is installed in the space of the bowl for more complete kneading and oxygenation of the dough.
- HS series spiral mixers are divided into single-speed and two-speed. 2-speed models have an additional designation in the name “A”.
- The rotation speed of the kneading body is 10 times higher than the speed of the bowl. This allows you to produce high-quality kneading in a short time.
