The dough mixing machine WHM(H)-12.5 Foodatlas is designed for kneading steep dumpling dough, dough for pita bread, manti, chebureki, prosphora, sushki, bagels. The equipment is designed for industrial purposes and is used in production areas in bakeries, culinary studios, canteens, and confectionery shops of small and medium capacity.

Advantages of the dough mixing machine:

- Large viewing window in the lid of the bowl. Allows you to control the dough preparation process without stopping the WHM dough mixing machine.
- Four swivel wheels with stoppers make it easy to move and fix the equipment.
